1. Services Provided

Strategy Solutions provides professional window tinting and related services. The scope of work, pricing, and timelines will be communicated prior to service and may be confirmed in writing.


2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.

Failure to provide notice may result in forfeiture of deposits or additional cancellation fees.


3. Deposits & Payments

A deposit is required to confirm certain services. This deposit covers preparation and labor costs and is non-refundable once work begins.

Final payment is due upon completion of services (or within [insert timeframe, e.g., 7 days] if agreed in writing).

We accept payments via Card, Cash, Check, Zelle.

Late payments may incur additional fees.


4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information about the vehicle, property, or surface to be tinted.

Customers must ensure the work area is accessible, clean, and safe for our technicians.

Strategy Solutions is not responsible for delays or issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.


5. Warranties & Limitations

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Warranty details for tinting products will be provided by the manufacturer (if applicable).

Our warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications made after installation.

We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages beyond the cost of the service provided.


6. Liability Disclaimer

By using our services, you acknowledge that Strategy Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions in vehicles, glass, or surfaces prior to service.


7. Communications Consent

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive service-related communications, including appointment confirmations, updates, and follow-ups.

Promotional messages may also be sent with your consent. You may opt out at any time.

SMS Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Subcontractor use for customer service is permitted.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, images, and designs, is the property of Strategy Solutions and may not be used without written permission.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of CA. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts located in Los Angeles, CA.
